RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In the event that the Buyer is not satisfied with the products they have purchased or if they have changed their mind, they may return them and obtain a refund after receiving them. The right of return must be exercised at the latest within 14 days from the day of delivery.

The Buyer can return the purchased products, or part of them, using the packaging in which they were delivered.

The returned Products must be accompanied by a document containing a text in which the following information must be communicated:

– Customer’s Name and Surname

– Indirizzo del cliente

– Customer’s address – Order number and date

– Item description, quantity, reason for return, and the relative amount paid

In the event that the goods arrived damaged or if products were delivered that do not correspond to those ordered, the Supplier will bear the shipping costs. We recommend choosing a secure shipping method such as registered mail.

Please be informed that the right of withdrawal lapses in the case of intact products that are returned damaged (for reasons other than transport), incomplete or missing parts, with damaged primary or secondary packaging, or if the goods are returned after the maximum return period.

PLEASE NOTE: opened or used packages, even partially, will not be compensated in any way and without any exception.

The shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the customer as dictated by law.

Once the withdrawal request has been received and accepted, Azienda Agricola di Claudio Gori will refund the entire amount paid by the customer within 30 days.

POSSIBILITY OF ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION

Once the order is in the confirmed state, it is not possible for us to cancel or modify it, as the products are already in the preparation phase in order to guarantee the shortest possible processing time.

To cancel your order, please proceed with your right of withdrawal once the order has been received.
